details of our Hotel

Hotel Thethi is more than just a place to stay — it is a dialogue between nature and modern comfort.
A blend between with the typical. Every wall, every window, and every detail is inspired by the region itself: Theth, where beauty is at once wild and timeless. The 2Sh.Studio Arkitekture supported us with dedication toward the final vision.

The Black Stone of Dukagjin

The foundation of the hotel carries the spirit of the land. Built with details of the black stone of Dukagjin, a rare and ancient material, the architecture reflects the resilience and history of the Albanian Alps. This stone has been used for centuries in local houses, symbolizing endurance, authenticity, and the deep connection between people and their mountains.

The Colors of the Earth and Greenery

The design embraces the palette of nature: endless shades of green blending with the surrounding forests, the silvery flow of Theth’s water sources, and the earthy tones of soil and stone. The hotel does not stand apart from the landscape — it melts into it, becoming part of the scenery, a natural extension of the valley itself.

Artistic Details and Ancient Symbols

Inside, every room opens new paths. Ancient symbols, carefully woven into the design, connect the present with the wisdom of the past. Artwork inspired by wildflowers and mountain plants decorates the walls — a reminder of Theth’s rich flora and the healing power of the land.

These details are not just decoration — they celebrate the essence of Theth, an invitation for every guest to feel the harmony between architecture and nature.
